Orders placed before 11am are expected to be delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed after 11am are expected to be delivered within 72 hours. If your order has taken more than 72 hours, please reach out to activationsupport@oliver.agency  for more information 

Bev track lanes should be ordered separately to POS and need to be authorised by a manager before they are dispatched from the warehouse. Please include the store address as the delivery address for these orders. The lanes need to go out via special delivery so please allow up to 4 days for delivery or 72 hours for a collection from the warehouse.
